V Festival 2016 line up released

V Festival has finally released the line up and it’s raised a few eyebrows on social media and it seems to be a Marmite kind of situation with equal measures of love and hate.

The general consensus is that for their 21st year they have picked a very young pop orientated line up more akin to a smash hits poll winners party than the V festival line ups of old.

Headlining you have Justin Bieber & Rihanna on alternative nights with Sia & David Guetta the acts on before the headliners , also on the line up is Faithless , Kaiser chiefs , Bastille , Little Mix , Jess Glynne , Jake Bugg , Years & Years , Rita Ora , Halsey , Tinne Tempah , Example , Craig David’s TS5 , Katy B , Travis , DJ EZ , James Morrison , John Newman , Troye Sivan , All Saints , Fleur East , Big Sean , Soul II Soul , Flight Facilities , Foxes , Lethal Bizzle , DNCE plus more to be announced.

V Festival 2016 is being held on Saturday 20th August – Sunday 21st August at the Hylands Park in Chelmsford and Weston Park in Staffordshire. Ticket go on sale on 26th Feb 2016 but please ensure you buy from approved ticket outlets as i’m sure there will be sites cropping up ready to scam you of your hard earned cash.
